동지 여러분!

서울에서는 어제 11월 19일, 한국정부가 몽땅 모였습니다. 청와대, 총리실, 통일부, 외교부, 국방부, 경찰, 국정원 고위관리들이 몽땅 모여서, 탈북자들이 북한으로 보내는 전단지 건에 관하여 국가적 논의를 했답니다. 그들은 회의 끝에 성명서를 발표했는데, 만일 탈북자들이 풍선날리기를 자발적으로 중단하지 않으면 정부가 나서서 법으로 이를 중단시키겠다고 말했습니다. 문제는 대한민국에 이들 탈북자들, 박상학 씨의 활동을 제지할 법이 없습니다.  

박상학 씨는 같은 날 어제 선언하기를, 한국시간으로 11월 20일(목) , 김포 시에서 대북전단지를 10만장 다시 날리겠다고 했습니다. 이명박 대통령이 본색을 들어냈습니다. 이명박은 겁쟁이, 아니면 반역자입니다. 남한에서 발표의 자유를 억압하고, 북한의 인권유린을 외면하고, 김정일과 남한의 김정일 추종세력에게 굴복하겠다는 수작입니다. 김정일에게 현찰을 만들어주는 개성공단을 계속 운영해야겠다는 수작입니다.

본인은 한국으로 이미 개인 성명서를 보냈습니다. 북한에 외부정보를 드려보내는 마지막 수단인 풍선날리기를 억압하는 남한정권을 공격하자!  우리 모두가 이곳 미국에서도 들고 일어나야 합니다. 박상학 지지성명서도 보내고, 돈도 보내고, 이-메일도 보내고, 논설도 써야 합니다. 남한 정치에 간섭하자는 것이 아닙니다. 이 세상에서 제일 참혹한 인권유린이 일어나고 있는 북한 김정일에 대하여 인권을 주장하자는 것입니다. 남한의 포용정책 반역자들과 싸우자는 것입니다.

11월 20일 풍선날리기 행사가 어떻게 전개될런지, 계속 알려드리겠습니다. 박상학 씨가 또 감옥에 갈 지 모르겠습니다. 제가 알기로는 박상학 씨가 이번에도 감옥에 가면, 자유 대한민국으로 넘어와서 4번째 감옥에 갇히는 것입니다. 하나님, 박상학 씨를 보호해주시길 바랍니다!

As of yesterday, Nov. 19^th in Seoul, Korea, the South Korean government had a big meeting including the Blue House, Office of the Prime Minister, Ministry of Unification, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of National Defense, the National Police, and the National Intelligence Services about the leaflets by the NK defectors.  They issued a public statement that the defectors should stop sending the balloons voluntarily, and that the government will do everything within law to stop it.  The problem is that there is no law to suppress and/or stop the defector, Park Sang-hak.

Park Sang-hak issued a statement yesterday that he and his defector freedom fighters will send leaflets, 100,000 of them, on balloons from Kimpo City to North Korea on Nov. 20^th.  Lee Myung-bak came out of the closet.  He is either a coward or a traitor.  He will suppress the freedom of speech in South Korea, he will ignore the obscene (McCain’s expression) human rights condition in North Korea, and give in to the threats from Kim Jong-il and the pro-Kim Jong-il traitors in South Korea.  He wants to keep pumping cash into Kim Jong-il’s pocket via Kaesung Industrial cash manufacturing complex.

I already sent a personal statement to South Korea that we should attack in every way possible the SK government, who is determined to stop the last information flow into NK.  Park Sang-hak needs all the support we can give from here; statements, money, e-mails, columns, etc.  This is not interfering with SK politics.  It is human rights advocacy against the worst human rights violations in the world today; North Korea and Kim Jong-il.  Against the appeasers and traitors in South Korea.

I will keep you informed how the Nov. 20^th event goes.  Park Sang-hak may go to jail.  For at least the fourth time in South Korea.  May God protect him!
