  한국의 형제여, 먼저 한국軍이 나날이 성장하고 강해지고 있어 기쁩니다.

  내가 누군지, 왜 눈물과 피로 남의 나라와 그 나라의 국민을 위해 이런 글을 쓰는지 궁금하실 겁니다. 저는 공산주의 치하의 베트남 사람입니다. 베트남은 일당독재 국가이고 역사는 거짓말뿐이고 사상은 중국처럼 통제받고 있습니다. 교역을 할 수 있고, 비교적 이동의 자유가 있고, 더 많은 TV채널이 있고, 음악이 있다는 것을 제외하면 북한과 비슷합니다.
  
  이런 글을 올리면 (이 나라에서) 더 이상 안전하지 않습니다. 왜 베트남은 그렇게 되었을까요?
  
  우리도 한국처럼 자유 공화국이었습니다. 당신 나라의 박정희 대통령이 많이 도와주었음에도, 우리는 나라를 지켜내지 못했습니다. 1975년 거의 모든 국민은 공산주의를 믿었습니다. 그리고 우리는 나라를 잃고, 자유를 잃었고 동맹을 잃었습니다. 나이가 어려 잘 모르면 나이든 사람에게 물어보세요.
  
  그리고 잊지 마세요. 악마들로부터 당신들의 나라를 지켜야 한다는 것을. 우리의 동맹이었던 대한민국에 신의 가호가 있기를.

  Dear brothers of Republic of Korea Army,
  
  Firstly, I am very happy to see your Army developed and become braver and braver than ever.
  
  However, my brothers, I know that there are some of our brothers are forgetting our mission: to protect justice, our nation and our citizens, our families. Please do not forget it, please. Your noble nation must be protected from the communism. That is the most evil thing on this world. If you fail, your nation will be lost; your country will be poor. The mind of your beloved people will be controlled.
  
  Brothers, I know that you are living in good conditions and you are forgetting the war; there are even some people turned to love the communism. But please dont. Please remind yourself everyday that the war is never end; and that if you want peace, you must be ready for the war. Please!
  
  Brothers, I know that you are asking where I come from and why I am writing these lines with my blood and tears, for people and army of another country, another nation. I come from Vietnam, you know Vietnam now, right? A country under control of a communism nation. Right here, there is only one party to vote; history are lies; mind of people is controlled like in China. Houses of people can be destroyed to build villas for mandarins, and so on. Everything is the same like in North Korea, except we can trade and go to many place easier, and have more channels of TV to watch, have more music to listen. And right now when I click button "Post", I know that I am not in the safe zone anymore.
  
  It is quite clear for you to understand, right? I hope so, brothers. And you know the reason made my country like that?
  
  Briefly...We had a republic, too: Republic of Vietnam, like your nation: Republic of Korea. But we did not save it although your President Park Chung Hee tried to help us much. In 1975, almost of our people trust the communists. And, we lost. We lost our nation, our freedom. You lost an ally. My young brothers, I hope that after know about us, please ask someone old in your family about us...
  
  I hope and I need to know that our close ally has not forgotten us...
  And, do not forget to protect your nation from the devils...
