Upcoming Action Items -- Please Mark Your Calendar:
Where in the World Will You Be on September 22nd? The International Protest for North Korean Refugees is Confirmed for Saturday, September 22 All Over the World: I am pleased to tell you that the Korean American Church Coalition for North Korea Freedom (KCC) will be partnering with the North Korea Freedom Coalition on this year's International Protest to Save North Korean Refugees which will coincide with our annual Save North Korean Refugees Day on Saturday, September 22, 2012.  We will be looking for coordinators in cities and countries around the world to deliver petitions to the Chinese embassy at 12:00 noon on that day but in addition hope to have events around the world ranging from demonstrations, film screenings, prayer vigils to rallies to build momentum that will lead to the end of China's brutal repatriation of North Korean refugees.  We must continue this effort until China reverses their illegal, inhumane, and barbaric policy which has led to the torture, imprisonment and execution of thousands of innocent men, women and children.  If you would like to be volunteer in your city, just let me know at skswm@aol.com!

North Koreans in the USA Special Night at the Woolly Mammoth Theatre Confirmed for Thursday, November 8: Please mark your calendars for Thursday, November 8 to join us for the premier of You For Me for You, a dramatic story about two North Korean sisters trying to escape to freedom in America, which will be staged at the Woolly Mammoth Theatre in Washington, D.C.  November 8 has been set aside as a special night to also raise funds for North Koreans now living in the USA.  We have very special plans for that evening and hope you can join us!  More details to follow but please mark you calendar for Thursday, November 8.
